This course will provide HVAC designers and building owners with the knowledge, techniques, and equipment to control humidity issues effectively and economically.
Upon completion of this course you will:
- Give priority to the dehumidification process over the cooling process.
- Be able to identify and correct humidity problems for existing systems and buildings.
- Be able to design dehumidification systems and perform dehumidification calculations for new buildings.
- Be able to determine potential solutions and to select the right one to make the dehumidification process efficient.
- Be able to consult with the client to select the right equipment that will remove the correct humidity amount.
